Fabricating processes such as extruding, twin sheet molding, vacuum forming/wrapping, thermoforming, CNC routering, die cutting, water jet cutting, welding, heat staking, riveting, roll coating, compression molding, injection/insert molding, 2-shot/multi-shot molding & insert molding/over molding are used. Blow molded plastic products include air intake ducts, HVAC ducts, fluid reservoirs, resonators, tuners, lawn/garden seating, seat belt boots, seatbacks, non-automotive seating, tanks, conduits & channels. Seating, sealing, safety & electrical products, close-outs, tie-downs, bumpers, guards, U-channels, stiffeners & reinforcements are fabricated.
